So I dono how many of you read my post before about the problem I was having with my car turn out she was running lean and burning oil... so what to do about this..... I'm getting a new vtec head built up.... new seals port/polish and all that just woundering what else I shoudlbe doing this head to get the most power out of it and best preformance.

won't do much with the f22 head. But if you insist, forged internals, build the valve train, cam regrind while youre at it, etc., etc., etc...........
