i have no jack.. i need to remove my transmission.. 1990 accord
automatic 1990 LX accord. i dont have a jack but i do have a nice tool set. can i do anything like disconnect anything to help me in the future when i DO get my jack? i removed the battery and the battery mount.. i need help!
did you not have another post here about you know nothing about removing trannies...................
now you dont have a jack as well to lift car up??? man take my advice have somebody with some knowledge AND A JACK help you out without proper equipment it could turn out into a loooong job ....
do you have 36mm sockets to remove axle nuts??and a big pry bar??

OH OH, I KNOW!!! dig a hole deeep hole and stand in it w/your handy dandy tool set, and let someone else drive or push the car over you! then you can drop the tranny w/out eeeeeeeeeevr lifting the car
then after the trannys out, if it hasnt squished you, have your buddy move the car and use a series of pullys to get the tranny out of the hole!

though, i am suprised and dissapointed that your tool set didnt include an accessory to that attatches to a wrench that works as a jack.. need a better tools man. tsk tsk.

Make four of your friends lie on the ground then drive the car on top of them, hopefully that would of raised your car a couple of inches. Work fast though before the weight of the car snaps your friends spines. If all else fails get some fatter friends...

disconnect everything you see attached to the tranny... its that simple. But most of the job is going on under the car, so cant realy get started before you get a jack...
Anyway a good one is like what, 50$?
