Installed Koni Yellows with Neuspeed Race. Back is a little lower also a clunk sound..
I installed my konis with neuspeed races today. The front has like a 1 and a half finger gap and the rear has 1 finger gap. I made sure that the fronts went front and back went to the back. So is it fixable? Also when i go overa bump/dip there is a clunk sound coming from my rear passenger side. Also it is rubbing on the back. Can i just switch the front springs and the back springs? or should i just lower the circlip to the loest at front and rasie the back perch up to the next line.?

First make sure that your spring perches are installed correctly. On the Prelude, the perch will descend down like a bell. If the circlips are in the original locations that they came in from the factory, then they are in the stock locations.
I would prefer that you not just automatically change the perch groove location at least yet as I think your tail low and clunk situation is indicative of a problem and although riasing the rear perch could mask the problem, it would not fix the source of the problem. First you need to make sure that you have not already got the front and rear springs mixed up on the car already as a nose high/tail down situation might be evidence of. You are better to solve the real problem than to hide it by messing with spring seats as there may likely be other issues as well.
If the perches are in the stock location and they are installed correctly, then they can be having no effect on the un-levelness of the car. Next investigate the spring installation and confirm the part number with Neuspeed.

i also have koni yellow with H&R race, and my back is like 1 fingergap lower than the front. they are in the middle perch (stock setting) and im 99% sure that the front springs went to front and rear to rear. ive had them installed for about a month now.
I made sure the front springs that said F goes in front and the rears that said R goes to the back. I have about 1 finger rear and 2 finger front. The fromt koni setting is on the top of the two and the rear is on the middle. I did not mess with the circlips. That is how i got them. It also seems like the rear struts are not as smooth as the fronts. For the Springs i checked the part number for my car with them before i bought them a while back. It sucks because if i make hard turns i rub on the rear.
The Neuspeed Race springs are designed very interestingly. Part of the springs have many coils very close together, and the rest the coils are far apart. They designed it this way so that it has a stiff spring rate, but also doesn't come off the seats at full extension. The coils close together actually touch each other, they are like helper springs - with the car on the ground. If you set the rear perches on the konis lower than stock, then the springs might not be extending all the way at full strut extension. Hence the clunking. If this is not the problem, then the helper spring part of the springs are "opening and closing," just get some wire wrap and put them on every other coil.

I also have the Neuspeed Race Springs with the KONI Yellows *SP3 and the rear suspension makes a clunk noise on virtually all bumps. Before I take the rear suspension down, I'd like to know if anyone has the solution to stopping this problem. Also what are "wire wraps"? Someone suggested that these be put on between the spring coils? Help..
the neuspeed springs have a natural clicking noise from the close coils hitting each other like someone stated above. I have the koni/neuspeed setup as well...and there is nothing u can do about the clicking problem. as far as the hieght problem...it has to be your spring perches. i have my front on the middle setting and my back on the high setting...here is what my car sits like.
If the noise is coming from the spring coils hitting each other then you can use some of that stuff people use to wrap cables together. I mentioned it earlier and it's actually called spiral wrap (do a google search).

You can probably get it at Radio Shack or Frys or here

Get a diameter smaller than the spring coil like 1/4" so it has to stretch and hugs and grips the coils.

Is your rear suspension loud? Because mine is kinda loud...It sounds almost as if the spring/shock combo is loose...I dunno..TEIN sells sleeves to apply on springs to quiet the clunk noise down. Won't the spiral wrap rip with the pressure impacted by the spring coils compressing?

This is why we tube all of our springs that have a progressive design. It's the little things that count
i have the regular yellows not the sp3's. I have the perch on the front set on top and rear set on the middle. It seems like some other guys are having problems like me. Sometime it seems like my rear suspension is loose, but i went over it my self three times and made sure each and every bolt is tight. I even took my suspension apart twice to check. Even though it makes sounds it handles like a dream
Well I feel less concerned about my situation because it seems to be a common problem with everyone that has the same setup as me. Where can I order Silencer rubber sleeves for the springs?

i think this may cause your "height" issues...
put the circlips on the front shocks to the middle position.

Agreed, the front wheel well is larger than the rear on most cars, so the tire doesn't rub during a turn.
