No!!! It is coated from the factory that way. It has some primer coats, gloss silver, then clearcoat. Real easy to clean.

do you know if they are 15x7 or 6.5?

either way 15x7 or 15x6.5 will work

 

I believe 6.5 like the Rotas are also.
