ok heres the deal...
Im building a b18c1 with 81.5mm cp pistons and eagle rods... looking to boost about 15 or 16 psi. i have both gsr tranny and b16 (stock LSD) tranny in my garage... i dont know what to choose.
If this is your case tell my you would run on the turbo block.
i know gsr got longer gearing than b16..

if the B16 tranny is from a 99-00 civic si (B16A2) then it has the same gears as the GSR tranny.
I used a stock GSR tranny (non lsd) on my old set up and it worked out great, best et's on that tranny were high 10's.
i would suggest getting a quaife if you have the money tho.
