no power

I HAVE A 95 GSR IN A 92 HATCH CX. 1 ST GEAR SEAMS REAL SLUGGISH. DONT FEEL ANY POWER KICK IN TILL 30 MPH. PLEASE HELP ME OUT IF U HAVE ANY IDEAS.

the honda lack of torque. at 30 you'er at what... like 6.5k rpms in first gear? yeah thats when you'll start to move

im actually at 4000. i had a 96 gsr before and i had no problems with 1st. what i mean by my question, is there anything mechanicly or electronicly oriented that would cause my sluggish 1st

Did you put in cheap gas, which is tripping the knock sensor?
