Might want to replace the timing belt while you are at it, since it's a pain to take all that stuff off with the engine in the car. Good luck.
Yup, replace the balancer belt too.
However, if you are planning to do an H22 swap in the near future, now is the time to do it. The money you spend for parts and labor for the H23 can go towards an H22 swap. That's what I did.

H22 swap would be nice, but im paying almost $30k a year in college tuition and will only be a sophomore next year, so spending money on the car other than maintence and bolt-ons is out of the question for another few years. Yes i will def be doing the timing belt and balancer belt. I don't need to replace the tensioner right?
