Default Opinion on ECU services?

Hey guys,
I am trying to figure out where to send my ECU, I have an Auto P28 which will be running a SOHC turbo kit in my girls 94 EX.

I need it chipped for manual tranny, Raised redline, 2-step, 440cc's, t-25@8 PSI.
I am trying to choose between Kenji211, Phearable.net, Stealthmodeperformance, or boostedk20 on B20vtec.

Has anyone used any of these services before? They are all about $80-$90 shipped there and back. If anyone has any other suggestions on chipping services, (besides do it youself burning). Just want to hear some positive feedback on some of these services.
Thanks
Sean

I would advise against a pre-made chip for your setup. Just have the ECU socketed (or even DIY if you feel you're up to it) and then have it tuned via a program such as Uberdata.
