Thats not always bad though. I mean if you have no retail stores around you, then you might have to order it over the internet. And I don't think a lot of people would like to send a money order or cashier check or check in the mail for that much money. So in that case, a credit card would be the better route. Just gotta find the right one.

no financing, but the prices are cheap, and I recommend them to everyone. free shipping and no tax unless you live there (NJ I think?). They will drop ship from miller if miller is closer to you than they are... I got mine in a couple days.

Some are, some aren't. There was a scam not to long ago, where you would get outbid but the seller would ask you if you wanted a second chance, basically you would send his son money in a different stat and he would ship the machine. Those you have to watch out for, basically when they want to get ebay uninvolved, then that would be a sign of something bad.
But I have not looked into it much, I think if you order off of ebay, you might get out of taxes and what not.

The only bad thing that I hear about them, is they pick poor people to deliver there machines. A guy ordered a 210mm and both times it came damaged, they finally said they would not ship another one

If you go to your local welding shop they may let you make payments and do it like you financed it thats what I did with my mig, tig and my plasma cutter. And the nice thing is they might not charge you interest like wilsons did for me.
if you can't afford it outright, your best bet is probably either a personal loan from your bank,or find a credit card with a low/no interest rate for a period long enough that you could pay it off(a year, for instance).
