CEL with my B18 non vtec integra

CEL with my B18 non vtec integra
Got my CEL on. I checked the LED on the ecu and its giving me trouble code number 4, crank angle/crank position sensor or circuitry. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The car barely runs.
