so my friend sent me a picture of his new valve cover.. shaved the DOHC VTEC emblem and i figured i'd try it out for the first time.. and i thought mine was the perfect canidate because i liked the Honda Motor Co. on the bottom of mine.. so this is my first time doing this, grabbed a palm sander, 80 grit sand paper and 180 grit sand paper, and some oem BLACK wrinkle paint and here's how it turned out.. i did this at night so when i put my light next to my valve cover while it was wet a few bugs decided to take intrest in it as well. keep in mind, this is my frist time.. and i plan on doing a few more

You have no idea how hard it is for me to resist making a shaved vagina comment right now. Nice job though, it'll look better with the plug cover back on. It'd look sick with 'Honda' centered at the bottom.

everyone has just the plain "Honda" **** at the bottom.. i haven't seen any with "Honda Motor Co." so i think ill keep it like that. i had the plug cover. but don't like them.

That's cool. Is Honda Motor Co polished? Can't really tell from the pics.

yussur. before i did anything i polished the HMO **** with mothers polish, then took a q tip and put lip gloss on it and put it over the emblems so they stay bling.

Nice, how long did it take?

 

total about an hour and a half. that's for paint, stripping the VC, and shaving.
