Default 5th gen H22a swap help

Just wanted to first say that I did search, and I have tried searching on other boards and on google, but have come up short on some info. My friend is doing an (jdm) H22a swap into a '95 LX wagon. So far I found these 2 links:
1) http://www.accordinglydone.com...?t=29
2) http://www.sportcompactcarweb.....html

There are a few differences between info, and some info that wasn't covered.
- The 2nd links says to use a '97+ Prelude fuel rail, because of where the fuel line connects; but the other link doesn't say anything about it. Does this have to be changed out?
- The 1st links says to use the Accord axles, but the 2nd says to use the Prelude. Does it make that big of a difference between the 2 (he plans to use the Accord axles and intermediate shaft)?
- Which rear mount bracket should be used; accord, jdm h22a, or usdm h22a?
- Does it matter which P/S pump is used?

I appologise if this info has been covered before, but I honestly can't find any detailed info on it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fuel rail does not need changing. I have accord axles in my car. But have read of guys running prelude axles. Use what you got. Rear mount is accord in my car. Not sure on the ps pump. I'm running the prelude ps pump.

I am using the Accord pump with a 97 prelude PS pump bracket and I am using my Accord axles. When I was doing my searches before doing the swap I ran into a lot of forum topics that people were having binding problems with their prelude axles in the Accord. So just to be safe I went with the Accord axles.

i think you got your answers, but here's another set up:
-i honestly don't know the fuel rail question, but i switched to a prelude rail. you may be able to use either, as long as the accord rail mates with the prelude IM and injectors seat well.
-accord axles will fit better, but 4th gen prelude axles will fit as well. but you will need to buy the axles as well as the intermediate shaft because they mate differently
-use a prelude rear mount
-use the prelude pump and hose and just connect to the accord rack

Almost done (been waiting for parts), but having some problems with the distributor; no spark. The car is an LX and came with an external coil, and the jdm h22a has an internal coil (this one does anyways). The only thing I've found on the subject was this: "...if your car had external coil then you will have to modify one plug. The plug you will need to modify is the plug that went to the stock coil. There are is a yellow and a yellow/black wire, splice those 2 wire together. The green wire is useless, dont worry about it." found here: http://board.hondasociety.com/...61998 (and it should be Black/Yellow and not Yellow/Black). Does this seem correct? I know what plug and which wires, but I want to make sure before telling my friend to jump into this.

I'm just absolutely shocked that there isn't more detailed information on this swap. I could find 100 complete civic swap guides in a matter of 2 minutes, but have yet to find a place that has all this info in 1 place for Accords. And it took me 3 hours to find this info (no, unfortunately I'm not kidding). And I assume this is a pretty common swap for Accords. I mention this because frankly, I feel like a tool having to ask all these questions. Usually I can promptly find info on almost anything, but I'm striking out left and right on this.

I appreciate any help on this distributor wiring, and if anyone knows of a different way to wire it please let me know. Thank you all, you've been very helpful.

Yup that was the correct info. Car started right up, too bad it runs like *** and won't shift into gear when the car is running.

u can use either the 97+ rail, or the 92-96 jdm rails as the banjo bolt will be on the corect side for a 5th gen accord,

and you use stock axles. lude ones are slightly differnt length
