Anyone know where I can order a high flow direct fit cat for a Prelude SH?
I just ordered one from Random Technology for a 4th gen Lude. All I can say is direct fit my A@*. The outlet flange was much smaller than the stock flange and the slotted holes weren't exactly lined up. I had to cut the stock flange off and weld it on to the new Random Technology cat. I ended up spending more money trying to go direct fit. Be cautious with Random Technology.
The whole reason its called a "High-Flow" Cat is because the inlet/outlet are larger. ( for most N/A setups people choose 2.5inch )
i bought a rt one and i regret getting it. its the same size as the stock cat and its cost $200+. i would just buy a 2.5 one from cat co and get it welded. it would be alot cheaper and better flow.

The flange size has nothing to do with the diameter of the outlet and inlet. You can fabricate a flange of equal size no matter what the diameter of the pipe is. The increase from the stock pipe size to the hi-flow pipe size is not significant enough to say that the flange size between the two should be different.
