I have a d16a9 engine from europe, I am wondering what my stock map sensor will be? 1.8? 2.0? 2.5? 3.0?

Thanks in advance

Rig a needle valve to an air compressor tank with a gauge tee'd into the line after the needle valve. Measure the output voltage of the MAP sensor as you gradually increase the pressure fed to the MAP sensor. Look at the pressure on the gauge when the output voltage gets close to 5V. Add another bar to the measured gauge value.

You might have to get a little creative with a block-off plate/nipple if the MAP sensor o-ring requires a bezel to seal against.

I just filled the map sensor hole on the TB with jb weld and sanded it flat.. You cant even tell there was a place for the map sensor there anymore..

He won't need to do all that. It's just a temporary test so that he can feed pressure to the MAP sensor with it off of the engine.
