can someone decode the plate please!!
my buddy gave this to me, and i was reading about these plates and how the numbers and symbols correspond to your car.
-so yeah, what does this plate say???

It's from Tokyo (Adachi)
It's for a Lorry, Van or station wagon (660 to 2000cc)
It's a Private vehicle
The serial number is 9944
