what??? ecu????
I Have a mild built all motor gsr OBD 1 , my car is going to tunning soon and as of right now i am still running the stock ecu, i know i should change it but i dont know to wich one. Anyone please...
for basic tuning you could just grab a vafc2 made by apexi. For good tuning buy a programmable hondata system. If you got 1500 and your ready to get overkill, get the AEM EMS ecu system.
Also maybe a FPR to help the tuner, but with a stock ecu there will be no tuning except for cam gears and timing.

elaborate on "Mild" .....here ya go
Mahle 11.5-1 pistons bore-.030
Eagle Rods
Micro polished and balanced crank
Buddy Club Spec 4 cams
Super-Tech Springs and Retainers
New OEM valves
As of right now im running the car with the stock injectors because i am waiting for tunning. i was thinkin Nep-Tune engine manegment
For that setup you will definitley need a fuel pressure regulator and some sort of ecu tuning or override(vafc)
With the right tuning you should make some good power I bet.

don't waste your money on a vafc2 or preprogram chipped ecu....they just tend to dump more fuel, making you run rich.
Hondata is good, also I've seen people using crome with good results.
You should probably buy another ecu to use for this, if you are using a stock obdI p72 to run your current setup.
and when you get it chipped, make sure it's socketed so you can swap programs out.
hondata
(cheaper alternative)crome

there you go
you don't want to take chances when it comes to engine management...it can be very costly
