turn signal works, but parking light doesnt(92 civic)...HELP!
my driver side turn signal will blink, but it wont go on with the parking lights or the headlights on. Its a brand new bulb. Has this happened to anyone before? How can I fix it?
Also, where is the relay for the turn signal?

So only the driver's side is malfunctioning? It's probably not a relay. Check the bulb again. I don't remember the 92 Civic's style, but on many Hondas, the bulb has two filaments. Maybe one is burned out?
