Keep blowing taillight fuse
I have a 91 Accord SE and i installed a pair of Silverstar Headlights and they kept blowing the intstrument cluster lights and taillights. So i replaced the fuse and immediately blew the fuse again. So i took the Silverstars back and put the stock ones back in. Problem solved right?!?....Wrong. They are still blowing. I thought the Silverstars were too much wattage so i just put the stock ones back in. I'm at a loss here all i did was disconnect the plug and plug the old/new ones back in. Didn't mess with any of the wires really. It didn't do this before i switched to the Silverstars...Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?? Thanks

sounds like you got a dead short ,,you need to trace the wires to see where short is at , start unplugging components that the fuse controls to eliminate them till you find problem .. i would start close to where you did your work first
nope haven't done any wiring or really messed with the wires at all...i replaced the fuel filter and that was really only area wires were but i didn't disconnect any...and when i changed the bulbs all i did was unplug twisted the retaining ring and put new bulb in..no messing with wires...cuz i'm to car smart about wiring and stuff
