Default swapped 98engine in to 99

i swapped a 98 d16y8 into my 99 ex it was missing a vacume line. i spliced the line into another one. it has been running fine till recently and my check engine light is on now i got it checked it said it was the idle speed control. my cruise does not work. the idle is real high when i first start it in the morning till it get warmed up then its fine. When i push on the gas it jerks and when i let off the gas it jerks but when the gas is on it ok but sometimes it jerks real bad when i'm goping slow but in a low gear. i need help so if anyone can tell me whats up it would be appreciated

kinda sucks cause its illegal to put an older motor in a newer car. happen to a friend and say hello to state ref and say good bye to ur motor being in that car

i'll have to check those wires the code came back p1508 idle speed control is that the same as the iacv because i changed it from the one off my original intake manifold i cleaned the screen and everything and it did the same thing so i don;t think its that
