i dunno, i thought this was pretty cool for all the people who say to just get a pipe from home depot or some ebay knock off, just wondering if any1 tried this one, dont even know if it is real carbon

It's a short ram intake with a box around it to try & keep hot air out. I'd imagine that it doesn't work very well since the pipe is still prone to heat soak, and the box doesn't appear to isolate the filter enough to even completely stop the hot air from being sucked in anyway.

 

Would be okay once you took out the headlight i suppose, but it wouldn't creat a ram air effect or anything
