Default cams: skunk2 vs. crower

im trying to pick which cams to put in my h22 swap and these sound like the two most worthy....

here is how skunk2 stage2 compares to crower stage 2's

brand lift(int/exh) duration(int/exh)
crower .466/.465 248/240
skunk2 .505/.465 267/274

what do you guys think about those #'s???

i know someone here could analyze these for me....what am i gaining by having a lower lift on the exhaust cam with the skunk2's? torque maybe? the skunk2 cam looks more aggressive than the crower....what do you guys think?

wait just a sec...this is from skunk2's site..

Stage II 2.2L DOHC VTEC (H22A) STAGE II specs - IN: 267, 0.505; EX: 274, 0.465
Stage I 2.2L DOHC VTEC (H22A) STAGE I specs - IN: 266, 0.475; EX: 262, 0.436

if you look at the stageII specs....the lift of the intake cam is .505.....in stock config wont it hit the valve guide any higher than .500??
