CD Player for 1997 Civic LX

Hi,
I need to know if the following cd-player (link) will fit my wife' car. If so, please also let me know if I will need any special tools and/or any other important info to get it done.

It's very hard to tell without knowing what year of Honda it came out of, and what year and model of Honda it's going into, but if it's going into a Honda with a double din opening, [as big as the unit or two units stacked together on the link] then it can be made to work.
