run without the cover or live with a little chatter from it moving.
it's not that serious, and yes, taking off the valve cover will solvve that issue

crazy glue the and the top = magic

btw if you were to replace these bolts which ones would you get? don't they have a little clearance towards the head so the cover fits just between the head and the threading?

Go buy a set of easy outs, you will need them eventually someday. Leave the cover off.

Honda is where you would have to buy them. If you leave the plug wire cover off you can put thos bolts back in if it helps you sleep at night but they really don't do anything other than hold a pointless piece of trim on.

You can get the bolt at a Honda dealer. Its like < $10. I've broken mine twice. I'm just that strong . Its really simple. You take the valve cover off, unthreaded the broken bolt, replace the broken bolt, (some say put a new valve cover gasket on which I did the first time but reused the second time it broke with some dabs of silicone), put valve cover back on and dont tighten the **** outta the nut or you'll have to repeat

Pretty sure its #24 on here. I always forget which one it is

Why take the valve cover off? Just use an EZ out.

I'm not sure how e-z out works (never used it) but how will the wide "spacer" area going to fit through the valve cover? Unless it does, then yeah I guess.

Are you sure you are thinking of the right bolt? Just that little tiny one that holds the wire cover on. I don't recall any spacers or things of that nature on it.

Number 26

You can buy an EZ out just about anywhere that sells tools.

Just went out and looked at my engine and now I know exactly what part you need. It is the stud that broke when you were taking the nut off correct?

I just can't seem to figure out what part it is in that damn picture.

well, i need a new cap and a new bolt. i broke the bolt right down to the valve cover.

from the picture it does look like i need 25, and 26. but i'm not sure if i just need one of those or both.

I'm like 90% positive its 24 because the first time I went I was looking in the spark plug cover "area" and ordered one of them and it turned out to be the wrong one. If anything bring the broken piece and describe to them where you broke it. But I'm pretty sure its #24.

That won't work because there's a nut on the bolt beneath the valve cover.

No one has given you the correct answer yet, nor have you ordered all of the parts you need.

You need #20 in this pic. The bolt you broke holds the cam caps.

The #24 that you ordered isn't the correct piece.

part 24 is the wrong bolt u need
it will be too short foir the sparkplug cover

he needs part 20for the bolt

why would he need a new nut (not the chrome one). when the bolt broke above it??
also u dont need to replace it asap since it didnt break below the valve cover. u dont even have to replace it if u dont want to but it will look better if you did
