Default Going state ref. Double check for me please.

Ok so I got sent to the state ref for modified intake/exhaust but all I have to do is pass smog. Hopefully I can pass smog with the swapped motor without it being BARed but i'll need you're guys help just incase they hassle me for swapped motor. I have the EVAP purge valve connected, PCV, EVAP canister, new catalytic converter and i think that's all i done. Anything else i need to check? Also i'm throwing code 20 only when you check for codes but that's because i'm using a 94 gsr ECU. Motor is a b17a OBD1 into a 91 OBD0 integra. Advice is needed from experienced people.

No the check engine light is not on. I know i'm going to need a p61 ecu. I'm going to ask my friend if i can borrow his before i go to the ref. Anything else I should do before i go get smogged at the ref? do the vacuum lines look right?

The vaccuum solenoid next the the EVAP purge should be completely removed so that they don't ask about it.

I'm almost positive they're going to make you bar it. I say get the correct ecu before you go so you don't waste a trip.

Also, is it cool for the map sensor to be hanging like that? also how about the radiator fan being zip tied? And a walbro 255 fuel pump?

Fixed the map sensor. Now im just wondering if i should connect my fpr to the other vacuum soleniod just like how they set up the non vtec motors or should i just take it out and cut the wires? Even though that'll look sloppy.

Just hook a vaccuum line up to it and run the line down the manifold and zip tie it to something down there to make it look like it's connected to something.
