What is your current setup? I'm just guessing, but you probably have other things you should do before you crack your motor open.

Yea, id start with bolt-ons before you dive into cams, with cams come a certain degree of tuning, and if you start bolting other mods on your car after you've tuned for the cams, then you have to retune, and that can be costly. So your best bet is to plan out what you want to accomplish with your car and start researching.

what compression do you want for the car. are you just gonna throw in some p73 pistons and call it a day...or will there be head milling/flat-faced valves, etc....

Yea its a b16 and im gonna get buddy club flat valves with my head package. I hope to run somewhere between 11.3-11.5 compression.

What kind of header do you have? Both those cams are pretty hot, even for the compression you are shooting for.

You will want to get a better header, like RMF, SMSP, DTR, etc.

As far as cams or headers?

If you mean cams, I would probably say CTR cams, or maybe BC3+'s. He would be close to the compression we recommend for M22's, but that 11.5 is the bare minimum compression we recommend for that displacement. He would probably be happier with the other two I listed.

At 1.8L, the motor should love M22's then.

spoon stroker kit is only offered for B16B not b16As. You cant use that kit in b16a block using factory pistons, rods and crank. b16b is a lil taller in deck.

I'm really not sure why you would spend the $$ on the "Spoon stroker kit." Personally, I would keep you crank and rods, put some rod bolts in it with some PCT pistons, drop some M22's in with RM gen 2 springs and you're golden. That motor with a good header and IM, with the Rm chip will absolutely SCREAM. That would be your quickest budget build right there...damn, insane top end.
