just for comparison on what kind of monster midrange and torque the H22A makes, heres my brothers (tworedeggs) dyno vs. my jdm b18c gsr w/ type r head and our friends jdm B18C GSR.

A Spoon Chip or any other chip for that matter is when your OEM chip inside the ECU is removed and replaced with an altered one. Usually it would have a higher redline altered fuel map and possible a lower Vtec point but it all depends on the chip. The spoon on is just another one that they have nothing special just makes alittle more top end ! The chip is an esay way to make a bit more power but there is no guarantee that it will. You can also look into getting a tuneable system like a HOndata Or and AEM something like that. But you will need to have tuneable/adjustable parts to make it usefull !!

Yeah you may want to look into the Hondata Sytem, this way you have alloot more control over the cars functions. But it woul dbe more bennificial if you have a items such as Inhectors, fuel regulator, fuel pumpo etc that way you can tune more. The stock injectors and fuel systems is close to it limits stock, you can get more out of it but not as much as if you can adjust more. The main thing would be to lowe Vtec to make a smootehr transition into the cross over and get more mid. If you look at my Graph (the H22) you can see the big spike when Vtec hits, if i was to lower that to 42-4800 somewhere i can get more power in that area !!
