do i need to take these out
just wondering if i need to leave the map sensor and the charcoal canister in when i swap my d15b1 for my d16z6... is there anything else i can take out that i dont need... thanks

You should really search, but Ill answer the question.
If you use the Z6 throttle body and intake manifold, there is a map sensor already on the Z6 throttle body. So yes, you can take it off the firewall. If you use the Z6 t/b and IM I would suggest taking it off the firewall.
As far as the charcoal canister, Id just take it off.
