Default New springs - rear (Quick question)

Hey,

Is there a way to take off the old/put on the new springs up rear on my 97 civic coupe without loosening the shock from the lower control arm? Is it possible to do if i just remove the upper mounting points? My LCA bushing/bolt is totally stuck...

I am just swapping the springs, not the shocks.
I've got spring compressors.

I have searched, but all the info is on how to remove it all (springs and shocks), and not just putting on new springs.

-Thanks.

if only the shock bolt/bushing is stuck, you could conceivably remove the lca with the shock and proceed as normal.
