Paint.
There are two whites that seem to be the most popular with the Honda/Acura guys. When I was trying to decide on which one to use on my 89 (originallly white) I got a small quanity of both and painted the roof (believe it or not, the roof panel was off at that time, long story) with one color on one side and the other side with the other white.
The original 89's had what is called "Polar White", the latter Acura's use "Championship White".
The difference is that "Polar" is more of what I'd call a refigerator white. It's a more pure white and doesn't appear to have any tint to it. (it's funny to see what tints are added to any white when mixed at a paint supply shop)
"Champ" looks like you started with a light "tan" color and then whitened it as much as possible. You could also think of it as a slightly dirty white.
Most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless painted next to one another.
It's totally up to you, I went with the original Polar.
