hey guys....... i just bought a jdm b16 with CP 12:1 comp pistons.... i am goining to buy a spoon header and skunk Intake manifold off a friend..... what cams should i got with?? i would like it to be very streetable but still make big #'s oh ya its in a EG

 

Go for buddy club or Skunk2 cams, proven power on the street.

 

You could use our M22's, if that compression number is accurate. I don't know much about the Spoon headers though. Not sure if it will really meet your needs.

 

with that CR I'd go m22's. or s2s2.

 

M22xx is the cam i would reccommend for you setup. Make sure you have proper valve train before you fun these cams also.

btw, the spoon header is not really the best header based on the amount of money you're paying for it. do some more reading on headers and you'll find out what works for your setup

header- rmf, smsp, dtr, toda....something like that.

 

there are many good clutches out there...i run a clutchmasters stg 2 on my b16 but i need to go higher..stage 3 here i come..just do a little research u will find exactly what u r looking for...there is no point in buying a stage 5 clutch if u dont need it
