fuse #14 ?????????

fuse #14 it says alternater slenoid valve?????
At 7000rpm it blows .this on a 1989 civic dx obd1 d16z6
what does #14 all run??????????

ecu among other things, i blew mine racing during a mishift. dont know why but hasnt blow since i havent missed a gear lately

Fuse #14 controls the following:

Voltage regulator (IG)
Emission control solenoid valves
PGM-FI Main relay
PGM-FI ECU (IG1)
Fuel Pump
ELD unit
EACV

It sometimes blows if the alternator is over-charging..
