Default Problem with Camber

My del Sol is lowered. And when I got a front end alignment I knew it was gonna still have negative camber. The shop that aligned my car fixed the toe problem. But when they told me that the left side was -2 degrees camber (OK, I expected that) and the right side was -4 degrees camber (???) I was confused.

My car is a 94. Is there some way that a ball joint or bushing is dead and needs to be replaced? so that the camber can be equal on both sides?

I am planning on getting a Camber kit. Would this fix the problems completely, or should I look into replacing the suspension bushings.

Thanks
