Default fuseable link? where would i find it?

i have a 93 del sol S, and it just doesnt work, i tried jumping the car and that didnt work. i checked all the fuses and their all good. the car wont turn over but yet the air and radio will come on for about 4 to 6 mins then completely shut off. none of the windows work. a friend told me to check the fuseable link? where would i find this at on my car. i check my chilton manual but i must be blind . help a brotha and his first car out!!!!
