Default CEL Code 22

I have a CEL code 22. Any idea what can be the problem. I get this code when I'm above 100 mph. It has only pop up when I on the highway. Here's the history

Last summer, it happened when I was on the highway going 100 mph. I took it to Honda, and they said it was due to insufficient oil pressure. So, they topped off the oil and reset the ECU.

This past winter, I caught the CEL again while chasing a STi (i know it was stupid, but I couldn't resist). Once I hit 120mph, the CEL came on. I pulled over and checked the oil level. The level was fine, so I knew for a fact that the boneheads at Honda lied to me.

Finally, I caught the CEL once i hit the 100mph range. Fed up, I figured to pull the code myself. I did the paper clip trick and the CEL blinked 2 long flashes and 2 quick flashes. This gives a CEL Code:22.

According to this, it states that i have a defective VTEC swtich

What can I do about this

I've been advised to change the oil pressure switch

Thanks,
D

I've been having the same problem for about 8 months, that is the only solution that I have found so far.

it is due to the oil pressure being too low for VTEC to run properly. this happened to me a few times at about 90 mph. but that was when i had the vtec crossover set too low, and there was insufficient oil pressure for it to run properly.. check for dents on the bottom of the oil pan, and make sure your oil is full. any little ding or crease in the oil pan can create a pick up problem.
