I got the wiring harness out of 99 OBD2b and got the splicing done (extending, redoing vtec etc. no problem) to fit it into 97 ITR OBD2A, got the jumper so that I can use 97 OBD2A ITR ECU, everything looks like perfect fit, except the one that goes behind the distru. cap, does any one know . . .

A) if I need to buy a jumper for this (if there is any)
B) does it just not work with 99 EK
C) Or just try to figure out what these 9 or so wires are and just splice it directly into the wiring harness???
D) Or is the whole idea just not feasible???, 99 OBD2B to 97 ITR OBD2A
