i'm not a "body shop pro" or anything. just your average joe but i do agree with earl schieb for cheap fixes like this one.. i'm guessing a bill something..?
Bumper needs to be resurfaced and painted,
Fender needs to be replaced.
bumper sand-down + NEW oem or reproduction fender + primer/paint for both =
If i was doing it ... 400 bucks. add 100 bucks if OEM fender.
There are also 2 other things i cant really see from the pics that may contribute to alignment problems:
The fender section by the door, and the lower section of the bumper above the Lip-is that how its' supposed to be?.
Hope that helps.

easy thing to do for that front bumper , take a rag and some carb fluid and keep rubbing.. it should come out.
apply some wax right after.
buy a new fender and get it painted.
True,
I didnt notice that was a bumper shot with only paint transfer from the other car.
Any Paint-Safe solvent can take that out.. i'd use Rubbing compound, even maybe wax or wd-40 may take it off.

cool, thanks for all the replies.. and thanks for the info on how to rub that bumper stain out..
i went to three shops and got very different quotes from each.. earl schieb quoted 574, 1day paint quoted 866, and a big baller shop called New Tech quoted me 1527... big differences..
this accident was actually a hit and run, but i chased the bitch and caught up to him, this guy seemed scared, but he said he would probably want to do it out of insurance so we'll see what happens..
poor eg.
btw, do you guys think i can do it myself? does it look like a hard job?

do you think i can do it myself? or is it harder than that?

well, you could do that, or you could just find a used perfect fender for like the price of your bondo supplies/applicator spatula things, sand paper, etc.
not to mention you'll soon notice how fun it is trying to shape with filler.
get the used cheap fender, wet sand it up with some 600 and have it sprayed at a shop your factory color code, throw it back on yourself its like a half a dozen 10 or 12mm bolts done.
also if you are going to fill, be sure to use good filler, not bondo.
using the bondo brand fiberglass filler on big dents is fine as long as you still use a good filler for the top.
but yeah go ahead and buff out the bumper no problem.

Actually the best IMO is EverCoat.
Bondo is CRAP body filler.
But from the damage, you don't need any body filling to do. Just replace the fender and get it painted. buff out the marks on the bumper, if you can't you might have to scuff the old paint off and prep it to get repainted. You do the same for the fender. Replacing parts like fender is much cheaper than pulling and filling in the dents. Time = money and the faster you finish the car, the cheaper it will cost.
300-400 sounds about right. My friend had some-what the same damage and was charged the around the same from my father.
Mobworks do good work, but it's mostly HYPE. Because most of their customers are on this forum. Any other bodyshop can do the same quality of work or even better. You just need to search around.

That sucks bro, something like that happened to me a couple years ago, luckily my frame wasn't bent.. But I had to replace the fender/corner light and the driverside fender stay. Good luck.
