Replaced VSS, but still doesn't work correctly

I just replaced the the VSS in my 95 accord, but it still jumps back and forth. Does anyone else know what I can do?

Same thing happened on my accord. I replaced the VSS, but the problem was actually the speedometer head. I bought a used instrument cluster, and that fixed it.

I don't think they sell just the speedometer head unit, so a new instrument cluster is $$$. Get a used one.

Definitly the speedo head.... used is the way to save some coin. Just beaware that there legal issues with putting a different cluster in.... mileage changes.

They do sell a speedometer head. I had the same problem. The head alone runs around $150 new from Honda. I just went out and bought a used cluster for $50.
