Default Valve spring question???

i have a set of dual valve springs i took off my other b16 head. on the intake side. would it be to my advantage to put these in my b16 now??? on the exh side. or is that not worth the trouble?????

Buy new springs, 10-15 year old stuff is not that reliable.

the valve springs were replaced in the other head i have, but they are oem. i was just wondering if the intake side springs would have any advantage being on the exhaust side?
