need kelp with keyless entry

alright, so I'm adding power door locks to my 88 Honda civic hatch, and im adding them onto the keyless entry that is already programmed into my alarm. The door lock actuators have two wires, a blue and a green. If i hook positive up to blue, and ground to the green, they lock, then if I switch the wires so positive is green, and ground is blue, they unlock.
Now, out of the alarm I have three wires..
Red - Neg. lock, pos. unlock
Green - Pos Lock, Neg. Unlock
Red/Black - Neg. 2nd Unlock

I dont really want to use the 2nd unlock thing tho, i'd like to have both doors unlock at the same time, so im thinking im just gonna need the red wire, and the green wire, but i have no idea how to wire them
