Default alternator Noise

I just installed a CB in my car. Yeah I know. REDNECK. I am getting a lot of noie going through it when the car or any fans are running. If I disconnect the cb antenna it stops.

Any ideas to remedy this noise. There is no whine at all in my stereo so I am thinking that it has something to do with the cb antenna and the ground from the battery.

cb = catback?

if you think its the alternator it might be a lose belt.
