spoolin performance makes a couple good ones. but i think they're called turbo manifolds

DC has always been a strong choice. and you can usually get a used one for like 100 bux....thats how much i paid for mine.

If highly recommend SMS Products. There are a few different pricing levels depending upon the design and materials of the piece, but regardless of which one you select, you'll have an excellent header. SMSP's customer service, quality, and performance are superb.

Toda, SMPS, and DTR-Fab are all comparable and will give you the best gains. Another brand that seems to be popular is RMF.
