I got jdm b18c and was debating on a turbo kit.my choices are a drag or tsi what would you guys recomend?

 

i like my drag kit...just make sure u get the tial WG...the delta gate is a POS...and get a SS oil return line..other than that install and parts are really easy to install and work great

 

how much boost were u runnin wen it blew?

 

i believe he was tryn to blow it up, it was un-tuned

 

the motor blew cause it had mad miles like 180k...their was something wrong with the motor before i turbo'd it...i did a baseline dyno before i put the kit in...and it only got 126.8whp and 109ft. lbs ...compression test was good...i didn't do a leakdown thou...plus i never tuned it...LMAO...i wanted to blow it so i get the motor built for some real power...the motor saw about 10psi for about a week..then went poo poo......about the drag kit...it couldn't have been easier to install unless drag came and put it on for me...that kit fit so good....no problems what so ever with the drag gen 3 kit...just make sure u get the tial waste gate

 

oh ya order the kit directly from drag..they will hook it up...DON'T EVER ORDER FROM PROSTREETONLINE.COM....

 

does drag go lower than $2600 with a walbro pump and tial wg?if so imma get it from drag!
