Default Which h23, or h22 had 10.8:1 compression?

I was looking into company's to buy a h22. When I ran into this company, they seem like they had good deals. But when I started reading, It didn't make sense.
Now, I know there is a H23A V-TEC but, is there a H23A V-TEC that makes 215 HP with 10.8:1 compression? If so, I am going to buy it. But please look through this link carefully and tell me if this is correct. I doughted at first, but then after searching on here and google, I found another forum talking of this H23A V-TEC that has 215 HP.

Here is the link: http://www.jdmcustoms.com/h22a046.html

neither had 10.8:1
in fact there is not h23a vtec that had 215 hp either.
the only h23a vtec that was built by honda was in accord SiR wagons that were built between 98-01, and they had 197 hp, 163 lb-ft of torque, and with 10.6:1 compression. most of them were automatic and some were even AWD.

Where the hell do they get these numbers?

I read in a thread that the 197 hp 163 tq h23 V-TEC has a little more lowend and midrange power then the reg h22 because of the little more displacement it has. I am sure it is barely noticable if it is even noticable.

Now, because it has a little more displacement, does it suffer any top-end compared to the reg h22? JDM or USDM h22.

Thx, no more Q's from me.

Yes, it does suffer top end. It redlines lower than a regular JDM H22A due to this I believe. Been a while since I bothered to translate all the Japanese sites for the H23A VTEC info. I want to say 6800 redline.
