Wrong spark plug gap?

what would happen if you put in spark plugs withouit gaping them.???

Nothing. You might see a tad of a difference in the way the engine runs plus gas mileage difference. In terms of damaging anything, you won't.

i didnt gap my ngks when i got them, nothing wrong. they come pre gapped anyways

Its not a huge deal unless you are a perfectionist. Personally I always gap my plugs even if they come pre-gapped. Something about having a box of plugs shipped all over the country and then thrown on the shelf at a parts store makes me doubt that they are actually still gapped correctly....but for years I never gapped em and it didn't mess anything up.
