hi i was wondering if there was anyone with a fairly stock del sol w/b16a3 in san diego the reason im asking is because i recently recieved a ref ticket and now need to make my jdm b16 look like a b16a3 as far as smog equipment...what im asking is if theres anyone out there generous enough to let me take a look or even a couple pics of their engine bay for reference...thanks guys im kinda in a tough spot right now..im not allowed to drive my car until this gets sorted out

 

Dude thats like going on Iron Cheif with a cheeseburger saying its a T bone steak. The state ref will know the difference. Theres no way you could knock that off.

Best thing to do is try to get bar'd or pay the nice fine.

its been done before..your not lying the the ref..but you can make your jdm b16a equivelant to the b16a3..i just need some kind of reference to make sure i do it the right way

 

nevermind got a better idea haha ill just go buy a del sol haynes book tomorrow should have what i need
