Default Dropzone suspension

I bought my 96LS and wanted to lower it and add an intake, a mechanic friend of mine offered to do it. I bought some dropzone suspension kit off ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WD1V)
I have had it for about a year and its seems hard to handle above 110 mph and can drift a little, is this common? This is the first suspension kit i have driven in and i think i made a mistake and should have bought a better one.... Any advise on what i have to make it better or what i should buy instead?

PS i have upper and lower sway/strut bars too.
