Yep I have, and my car is lowered 2.25 or 2.5 in the front, I forget. Anyways I have never ever scraped it, and in chicago we do have some bad streets.

To give you an idea though, it almost sits flush with the cross member, a tad lower but nothing bad. Maybe an inch or two. Here is an old pic with my old rims on it.

But with the rims I had on the car, it sat lower anyways.

Did you have to notch out your crossmember for it to fit? I had to, and it pissed me off trying to get the bitch on. Was it on the motor when you put the motor in?

I had to notch it, I think any 4-1 header besides hasport you have to notch it

And no it was not on the engine when dropped in, it was a pain to get everything lined up, because its a very very close fit.

Also the header angles up a little so your exhaust might leak.

Right now im running open header. Haven't had a chance to go to the muffler shop yet. I've got a flex pipe so hopefully that will help prevent leaking.
