91 Accord EX Radiator Leak :(
Hi All,
I just noticed last night that there was a puddle of coolant on my drive way. I had noticed lately that the coolant level had bee droping. Now, this morning I check the rad and it looks like it's leaking just above the fram at the bottom of the radiator. The question I have is, is there a way to seal the leak internally or is it best to get a new radiator? If so, can you recommend a brand of radiator, a good place to get one, and a probable price range?
Thanks All!
Dave

if radiator leaks put a new 1 in cost varies depends on state you live in ,,,anywhere from 100-130 for part .i would do a search on the net for any sales
ahh, keep on searching online for better deals/ lifetime warranty/free shipping.
example: i purchased a radiator & used their price beat policy for similar part #s...
radiatorstores.com sold it to me for $89 shipped to my door (no tax or shipping fees!)

i did pay that much without any price matching! all metal contruction and lifetime warranty so i shouldn't have any more problems for a long time. great price and good service too.
consider replacing both hoses and the thermostat at the same time.
