are these still in production? every site i see do not carry these. can someone tell me where to look? and since they're called ultra low, they won't bottom out at 3-4in drop right? how do they ride? handle? thanks in advance

check tire rack last time i checked they still had them in stock but that was for a 95 civic coupe
