Ok, so I want to go all motor with my 92 integra LS, but i have no idea where to start...my goal is to build something quick, but i dont need an 11 or 12 second car....keep in mind that being in college I have a limited budget...current performance mods are just intake and exhuast.

-I just bought a DH-racing ported intake manifold and a 70mm throttle body, but a buddy said they wouldn't help....so keep them or sell them?
